In a medical malpractice
case arising out of a foot-drop injury in Pasco County, Dennis obtained
an award of $2.475 million on behalf of his client. This award
is believed to be one of the largest medical malpractice awards in Pasco
County history. Because the award was the result of a confidential
arbitration proceeding, the names of the physician and medical group
cannot be disclosed.

| Settlements in some of Dennis' other cases
include $5.2 million for a patient injured by negligent administration
of anesthesia, $1.7 million for a patient injured by negligent postoperative
care following heart surgery, and $1.7 million for a patient who received
inadequate treatment for a stroke. |
